A lesson I learnt in Commando training that I still use today…
Getting thrashed in the gym or on the assault course was relentless and exhausting.
All you want to do is double over and catch your breath.
If you're seen doing that there is hell to pay!
You remain upright, on your feet no matter how much it hurts.
Why?
From day one it trains you to take control of the mind to stay in charge of your body.
I still do this today.
It's another simple way to train your mindset.
The mind can be your worst enemy or unlock your true potential.
Small but regular practices like this forge elite mental fitness.
